漁場鍋物三代目 的湯頭比較淡,是魚湯火鍋,店家聲明高湯除了魚骨拿來熬外,還包括魚皮、魚眼等部位,整個下鍋煮,富含膠原蛋白、DHA等營養。
有一些細節瑕疵可能就是後來加湯之後,湯頭明顯變得非常清淡,好像加湯就不是加原本的湯頭的感覺。

漁場鍋物三代目 的肉質非常棒,因為當日捕獲非常新鮮,若你敢吃生魚片的人建議涮3秒鐘,裡面還有些許紅紅的,吃起來非常新鮮,沒有腥味。
但分量真的少到有點嚇到,涮完這邊的魚我還在肖想他會不會再幫我切其他魚片或海鮮。

肉質真的也是沒話說,畢竟我很愛吃海鮮! 感覺這種肉質是可以不用涮直接生吃的感覺。
菜盤部分無魚漿或其他加工品,感覺很健康。不過,我爸爸有跟店員反應青菜有凍傷感覺不新鮮的感覺,請店員更換,原形蔬菜種類也可以更多,或更多一點花蓮當地食材。
後來店員還拿著大菜籃來問我們要不要加蔬菜,因為都沒吃飽的狀況下我們都有加菜~
肉質也很有水準,雖然是主打海鮮的店,肉質非常嫩,入口即化。
炸得很好吃,不會很油。
我真的只能說,這綠豆沙真的非常好喝,很棉很細,秒吃完!單點要80元,但有經過我會想買來外帶!我只能說這是我這輩子目前喝過最好喝的綠豆沙。
東昌定置漁場的漁獲,從海上的漁場由漁船捕撈到距離岸上基地,最快20分鐘就會被分選、秤重與販售,全程保持冷鏈維持新鮮。

只能說是海鮮直送隔壁火鍋店,涮涮肉片直送你嘴巴。
結論:感受到老闆的藝術及這片海洋的浪漫,沒有打得很高分是因為還有些許可以改進之處,同一位老闆的另外一家拉麵店 定置漁場三代目 也是極為用心,相信老闆做餐飲的堅持一定可以越來越好的。
